91% success rate for young people’s jobs programme
A unique new pilot programme, the first of its kind in the UK, has achieved a 91% success rate in providing a positive future for unemployed young people.
Many of the 40 young people on the Advance Programme had given up hope of finding meaningful employment but the vast majority have now found full-time careers with the remainder in volunteer training or education to improve their employability.
