Congratulations to Destined on their recent grant of £2,900 towards the ‘Access to Society’ project. This will support young people with learning disabilities to access every day activities in their community, including using a gym, attending the cinema and bowling alley, attending mainstream youth groups and undertaking programmes such as arts and crafts, personal development, driving theory instruction, sports and music.
Young Destined members came along to the local Halifax Branch in Derry where the grant certificate was presented.
