The Lloyds Bank Foundation for Northern Ireland Application Process has gone online and from now on applications can ONLY be submitted via the new, user friendly, online system.  Please click the green button to register and to complete a new application.

The Foundation that helped nearly 200,000 people in Northern Ireland last year has moved its application process online to make the grant procedure even more accessible for applicants and to streamline the grant management process.

Last year, the Foundation provided 565 grants across its seven grant programmes, to a value of £1,865,233.

“We have developed a new online application, which is much more accessible and environmentally friendly,” explained Sinéad Tierney, Assistant Director of the Lloyds TSB Foundation for NI.

“The process is much easier and user friendly and allows participants to save and review their applications online. We only ask relevant questions and applicants are able to upload all supporting documents online removing the need for any posted documents,” she explained.

The next closing date is 11th October 2013 for the  Community Grant programme, formally known as the Standard Grant Programme  which is the main focus of the organisation, and this year £1.2million is available for projects that focus on social and community welfare and education and training. The average grant awarded is between £3,000 and £4,000.

The Foundation worked with Antrim-based software company Team Solutionz to develop the bespoke online application system. Team Solutionz has provided software systems to a number of local councils and funding bodies.

“This solution saves time and money and makes funding processes more efficient and transparent. It has proven to be a terrific benefit in streamlining a bureaucratic and paper intense process and is now essential within these organisations in the assessment, monitoring and evaluation of grants,” explained Geoff Higgins, Managing Director, Team Solutionz.
