Mrs Bunting stated “Invisible Traffick is overwhelmed to have received this funding from the Halifax Foundation as this will greatly assist us in making a huge impact to our key stage 1 + 2 primary schools pupils. We believe that the education programme will not only assist teachers and schools but also parents and guardians as well. Human Trafficking is a vast growing concern in our local towns and communities, therefore educating our children to stay safe is our key priority. The aim is to reach as many schools across Northern Ireland with our programme, 'Visi’s World'. A version is also available in Irish enabling us to assist Irish speaking schools in equal measure”.
