The Advance Programme will provide the funding for your social enterprise to pay for a young person to work for 30 hours per week at a rate of £7 per hour (plus NIC); your organisation will also receive £650 at the end of the term to assist with the administration costs which is a total grant package of a maximum £5,323 based on the young person being with you for 24 weeks.
Due to the success of the Advance Programme, Ledcom will only be able to accept applications from Social Enterprises who want to avail of the programme until the end of March, with a waiting list being put in place from April.
