Halifax Foundation NI seek to recruit an Admin Officer to join our vibrant team.

Halifax Foundation for Northern Ireland is a grant making Foundation, supporting grassroots charities that enable people, especially disabled and disadvantaged people, to play a fuller role in society.

Job purpose:

  • To undertake administrative duties for the Halifax Foundation for Northern Ireland

Applicants must have:

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience of office based administration
  • Evidence of IT Skills 
  • GCSE or equivalent English and Maths
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: NJC Point 3-4, £18,065 - 18,426 Pro-rata
