Halifax Foundation for Northern Ireland to become Lloyds Bank Foundation for Northern Ireland
For more than 40 years, Halifax Foundation for Northern Ireland has worked alongside charities and communities across Northern Ireland, investing in people, supporting organisations and helping communities thrive.
As we look towards the future, we want to share an important update about our organisation.
Later this Autumn, Halifax Foundation for Northern Ireland will officially become Lloyds Bank Foundation for Northern Ireland.
Lloyds Banking Group has made a Group-wide decision to bring its high street brands together as Lloyds, a single leading relationship brand in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. As a result, Halifax Foundation for Northern Ireland will become Lloyds Bank Foundation for Northern Ireland and we will take the opportunity to update our visual identity.
We will continue to fund and support charities across Northern Ireland, champion the vital role of the voluntary and community sector, and invest in organisations that are making a difference in the lives of people facing disadvantage.
This is a change of name, not a change of purpose.
The values that have guided our work for over four decades, our relationship with our grantees and partners, and our ambition to create lasting positive change will remain unchanged.
Over recent months, we have been working behind the scenes to prepare for the transition, and we look forward to continuing our work with charities, communities, partners and supporters across Northern Ireland under our new name.
Our name is changing. Our commitment to Northern Ireland is not.
Whilst our name is changing, our commitment to Northern Ireland is not.
